Risk assessments

If you are in the process of designing a machine, you are, according to the Machinery Directive, obliged to carry out a risk assessment and provide the machine with a CE mark.

If you are an end-user and want to change, update or interface your machine with the other machines or partly completed machines, or connect emergency stop circuits together. You are obliged to risk assess the changes you have made, as well as to make sure that the machine is safe to use after conversion.
We assist the machine manufacturers and end users with the preparation and documentation of risk assessments.

We use risk assessment templates in Word and Excel, as well as CE-marking and risk assessment tool Safexpert.

We prepare verification, validation, and reliability calculation of connected emergency stop circuits according to emergency stop standard EN ISO 13850 and the standard for the safety-related parts of control system EN ISO 13849-1
